Frequently Asked Questions
-
I thought dog waste fertilizes the ground, why is it bad?Contrary to popular belief, dog waste is not a fertilizer like cow manure. Dogs are carnivores and their diets are very different, high in protein. Many dog foods today are composed of beef, chicken and/or pork products. This creates a high acidic waste product that is bad for your lawn and can leave your back yard hard on the eyes. Cow manure is in fact good for vegetation because it in fact started out as a form of vegetation.

Do I have to keep my gate locked? Our insurer has guidelines that do not permit us to jump over fences into yards. So we request that you please unlock it the day of your service. We can make arrangements that work for you to ensure we gain access on the day of service. In the event, we are unable to gain access into the service area due to a locked gate, we will still have to charge for the service.
