Welcome to Dog-Gone-Pooh, LLC. By accessing our website, scheduling services, or using our dog waste removal services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Overview
Dog-Gone-Pooh, LLC provides residential, commercial, and HOA dog waste removal services in accordance with local health and safety regulations. All services are rendered based on the selected service plan.
Scheduling
Services are provided on a recurring schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time). Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the service area on the scheduled service day. Locked gates, aggressive animals, or other obstructions may result in a missed service, which may still be billed.
Payment Terms

Payment is due in advance of service on initial cleaning (More than 60 day break between services).

We accept all major forms of payment, including credit/debit cards.

A late fee of 1.5% will be applied daily on overdue accounts (see payment policy).

Failed automatic payments may incur additional processing fees.
Non-prorated Billing
All service fees are billed monthly and are not prorated (unless in written agreement). If service begins or ends mid-month, the full monthly fee still applies.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel service with at least 48 hours' notice before the next scheduled visit. Refunds are not issued for unused service days within the billing cycle unless due to fault or interruption by Dog-Gone-Pooh, LLC.
Weather and Holiday Policy
We make every effort to provide services in all weather conditions. However, services may be delayed due to severe weather or observed holidays. Notice will be provided when applicable, and adjustments will be made to scheduling
Missed Services
If service is missed due to a Dog-Gone-Pooh technician error, we will return within 24-48 hours to complete the service at no additional charge. If a customer-related issue prevents service, no refund will be issued for the missed visit.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring clear access to the yard on service day

Notifying us of changes in pets, property access, or hazards

Removing aggressive animals from the service area during the scheduled time

Ensuring pathways are clear of obstruction
Liability Disclaimer
Dog-Gone-Pooh, LLC is bonded and insured. While we take every precaution to protect your property and pets, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or circumstances outside our control.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or change this policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
